Refund policy
Damaged or Incorrect Orders:
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at support@11navios.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review the case and, if approved, we'll follow up with more information.
Returns:
Due to the nature of alcoholic beverages, opened bottles cannot be returned. Unopened products may only be eligible for return if there was an error with the order or if the product arrived damaged.
Order Cancellations:
Orders may be canceled only before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Delivery Issues:
Customers must ensure that delivery information is accurate and that a person of legal drinking age is available to receive the order where required. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses or absence at delivery.
